PRIVACY POLICY
We collate information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your bookings and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not send out marketing emails to you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Also we do not circulate your information or share it with any other company or person.
The type of information we collate is: your name, address and phone numbers. We will not collect any other sensitive information without your explicit consent. This information will also be secure, accurate and up to date, you may check the information we are holding by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or promptly correct it.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUND.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to booked pick up time
in writing or by e-mail.
Failure to provide adequate cancellation could result in a £25.00
charge.
Where the full fare has been prepaid and we have had sufficient notice
(see above) the full fare will be refunded within a maximum of 24 hours
in the case of credit cards and cash.
Where the fare has been paid in advance by cheque, the refund will be
made in full within 24 hours of the cheque being cleared by our bank
